Wyoming Hospice

 

Established in 1985, the Wyoming Hospice Organization is dedicated to advocating for the hospice concept of care as well as serving as a voice and resource for its provider members.

 

 

WYOMING HOSPICE STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The purpose of the Organization shall be:

To promote the principles of the Hospice concept and the program of care for the terminally ill and their families among the general public and professionals; to act as a clearinghouse serving the volunteers and professionals involved in, committed to, and providing services within the principles and concept of the Hospice program of care; to  sponsor conferences and workshops throughout Wyoming; to develop and promote ideals of Hospice care; to provide technical assistance to emerging and functioning Hospices throughout Wyoming; and to carry on any and all activities as may be helpful or appropriate for the achievement of the foregoing or related goals and purposes.
